Welcome to R2RB Network
R2RB Network was built with one purpose in mind: to create a curated home for indie creators — a place where their work is seen, supported, and shared with intention.
It began with Out of the Attic, a show that started on another platform before I realized I wanted something of my own — a space that truly reflected the spirit of independent creativity. My interviewing roots trace back even further, to conversations with wedding vendors, which naturally evolved into a passion for spotlighting indie artists and entrepreneurs.
From there, R2RB grew organically — welcoming live DJs, podcasters, and talk show hosts — and most recently expanding to include my own podcast, Life’s Funny…Until It’s Not™.
R2RB has always been a labor of love. I’ve built it slow and steady — intentionally — because the creators who call this platform home deserve nothing less.
In a world driven by algorithms and endless scrolling, R2RB offers something different — a place where independent voices are not lost in the noise, but valued, supported, and heard.

My introduction to basketball and sneaker culture originated in the early 90s with the emergence of Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq was a juggernaut and I mimicked him constantly on my Nerf Hoop or outside on anything I could hang on. My aunt, a teenager when I was born, used to buy me a pair of sneakers everytime she bought some for herself. It didn’t take long for me to make the connection between sports and footwear.
As long as I’ve watched I have always talked trash, as joking and banter between friends tends to strengthen bonds between young men. I met my co-hosts early on in life and have always carried on conversations about all matters of life with them, although none more empassioned then when we talk about sports. Our shared love for the New York Knicks and our penchant for recreational disagreement lead me to join my friends in creating the Frnds vs Frnds Podcast. It is my pleasure to disagree with you! When I was a kid, I loved spinning records! From the time I realized that I could play something other than Puff n Toot on my Playschool record player, a whole new world oped up for me. I discovered an old box of 45s in a closet from the 60s and an explosion went off in my soul. I thought “this is what it’s all about”. I then discovered Rock radio in the late 70s in Boston. With stations like WBCN and WCOZ, I lost a lot of sleep listening to the overnight DJs. They were the cool ones!
My goal is to bring that magic to my show. I don’t want to just play songs, I want the listener to feel the vibe of what the artists were trying to convey. I want to provide an intimate setting where it’s “just you and me listening to records”. Listening to music in that context, added a whole other dimension for me and I want to bring that same magic to those who are missing that and to a generation that missed out on it the first time around.

Welcome to Reel 2 Reel Broadcasting (R2RB).
R2RB was born from a simple but powerful belief: independent voices deserve more than an algorithm — they deserve to be heard.
I’m Deb, founder of R2RB. After years as a talk show host on another network, I saw firsthand how much talent exists — especially among women entrepreneurs and independent artists — and how often those voices get overlooked. I knew there had to be a better way.
So instead of waiting for one, I built it.
With the support of trusted colleagues and a lot of perseverance, R2RB came to life. It hasn’t always been easy — building a platform from the ground up never is — but every challenge has reinforced why this matters.
R2RB is more than an audio platform. It’s a space for indie artists, podcasters, DJs, writers, and creators to share their work without getting lost in the noise of mainstream social media. Smaller can be better. Here, artists receive personal attention, meaningful exposure, and a place that feels more like a community than a feed.
We are entering a renewed chapter — expanding thoughtfully, adding new shows, welcoming fresh talent, and continuing to create something steady and lasting.
